OG uses 1,000 to 1,500 tons of special steels each month to produce our gears. During manufacturing, we conduct consistent quality control beginning with our raw materials and culminating with our finished products. OG has substantial number of heat treatment equipment unmatched among gear manufacturers in Japan. Our technology include an all case carburizing, vacuum carburizing and press quenching. OG’s technological expertise enabled use of an automatic hardening robot for mass production. We use other unique equipment in our heat treatment process.
